In her role as Partner at Asterra, she brings a wealth of strategic insights and exceptional financial and capital raising acumen. She has advised clients across sectors such clean energy, energy efficiency, water, waste to value, and circular economy.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been engaged in the launch of over 15 new products/services in the US and abroad, including at NEXTracker (NASDAQ: NXT), the largest global solar tracking company and at LanzaTech (NASDAQ: LNZA) a global leader in carbon recycling.
Her transactional expertise spans over 20 capital raisings, 15 M&A transactions and multiple strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies. H
Jennifer's specialty is working with companies that launch and grow ‘category pioneering’ products and services to over $500M revenues globally.
She assists companies in identifying strategies that manage both total investment and risk through different business models, product strategies and partnerships.
